QTIPS

QTIPS 1.1 is available as a standalone windows application.

Home

QTIPS allows for the relative quantification of isotopically distinct peptides in a protein mixture, based on frequencies of MS2 peptide identifications obtained by mass spectrometry. Using the downloadable QTIPS application, isotopic distribution is calculated  from tab-delimited text files containing peptide identifications.  In addition, this application returns average ASAP and Xpress ratios for the input data (when available) and also provides information describing the data set, including total peptide identifications and false discovery rate.

QTIPS is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, and is available as a standalone application for windows.
